Stamp Pad Holder, CTMH paper, Art Philosphy

Happy Saturday y'all!

So I've been piddlin in the craft room all week - a few days ago I showed you some cards I did using a Close to my heart paper pack and I did another one yesterday.  Here are the 4 cards I made using another Workshop Pack called Pemberly.  All cuts came from the Art Philsophy cartridge.

Here are 2 Stamp of the Month sets I got from Peachy Keen & Stamps of Life - love them both and can't wait to play!  I had a company send me a few of their coloring products to play with.  I'll post more on that later along with my opinion. I'm very excited about that. Christie and I played with them a little last night. Yes, she finally showed up and we sure did cram a lot into one visit.  Walmart visit, crafting, coloring twine, eating (of course) and she helped me with building my 3.00 Stamp Holder!

this is a 14x14 frame I bought to customize for my beautiful niece and her brand spankin new husband!  I'll show you how it turns out in a few days :)

So, I've been wanting a stamp pad holder but I don't want to pay those prices so I made my own! It will hold 30 on the bottom 3 shelves and the top shelf holds my clear blocks.  I used 2 large pieces of foam board - eyeballed it cause my math skills are seriously lacking and then hot glued it.  I managed to burn the crap outta my thumb which made taking a bowl of soup out of the microwave unbearable this afternoon but it was worth it. Sorry the pic is tilted but here it is in all it's glory!

And here is a video to show you everything we just talked about in this post!  See you in a day or two and as always, thanks for stopping by and Happy Crafting!

Please leave comments - I love the feedback. Sorry I don't have any blog candy right now but I sure would love to know you came by for a visit!

 Hugs and Chirps!

  2. Know you said you weren't a math guru, but would love a video on making your ink holder. I really like it. Don't know if you've tried it or not, but I much prefer the results of stamping with the Fiskars Stamp Press at Amazon to the clear blocks. You might want to give it a try.
